Chris Fennell

Chris has more than 30 years of domestic and international marketing, market research, engineering, construction, and management consulting experience. Before establishing BuildingInsight, LLC in 2004, Chris served as the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Research Center as Vice President of Marketing, Division Director for Energy, and Division Director for Economics and Policy Analysis programs. Chris received an international MBA from Georgetown University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and concurrent with the requirements for a B.A. in German from Union College. He has been credentialed as a LEED Accredited Professional, RESNET Home Energy Rater, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and a Certified Quality Auditor.
